Water sports on Baga are sold by a hundred touts and operated by a much smaller number of actual businesses, with widely varying safety standards. We book with an operator we have used for years, with licensed craft, current insurance and life jackets that fit.
You can take the whole package or pick individual activities. Children are fine on the banana and bumper rides with an adult.
