Kayaking Experience
- Duration
- 2.5 hours
- Where
- Chapora river, Morjim
- Ideal for
- Beginners, families with older children
The Chapora widens into a calm estuary before it meets the sea, and paddling it at sunset gives you the fort on its hill, the sandbar, and a good chance of seeing dolphins at the mouth.
The route is short, the water is flat and nobody needs experience. Sit-on-top kayaks and a guide who stays with the group.
Highlights
- Chapora fort from the water at sunset
- Flat estuary water, no experience needed
- Dolphins at the river mouth, often
- Morjim's turtle beach on the far bank
