The version of this that most places sell is a regular restaurant table dragged ten metres onto the sand. This is not that: a proper setup, real lighting, linen, and a menu agreed with you beforehand and cooked to order nearby.
The beach is chosen for the wind on the day. If you are proposing, tell us and we will handle the logistics without making it obvious.
